Entry Formalities
Travellers are allowed to enter Senegal upon presentation of:
- either a certificate of vaccination against Covid attesting to full vaccination (2 doses);
- or a negative-PCR test – less than 72 hours ;
These measures are likely to change with little notice depending on the health situation. It is therefore strongly recommended to check with the airline company before traveling to Senegal to find out what conditions apply.

Self Isolating Instructions
The IVCO team is constantly monitoring the evolution of the epidemiological situation. Therefore, adjustments to the measures may evolve over the next few months. Participants will receive all updated health measures a few days before the conference.
Prevent and protect
Material and protection measures will be available to all participants troughout the conference (masks, soap and water, alcohol-based hand rub.).
When do I need to self-isolate
If you have a fever or other Covid-19 related symptoms, whatever the cause, you must self-isolate for 24 hours after the fever and/or other symptoms have passed.
If you have COVID-19
After receiving a positive Covid-19 diagnostic, you must self-isolate for at least 5 days. The period of self-isolation starts with the onset of symptoms or, in the absence of symptoms, the date when the sample was taken.
After 5 days, if your symptoms improve and obtain a negative result you may to resume your essential activities while respecting certain instructions
Wear a mask during any social interaction
Avoid contact with vulnerable people
Keep a distance of 2 metres from other people

Cancellation Policy
All tickets are non-refundable.
- You may transfer your ticket to another person assuming payment has been received in full. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to ivco2022@ibcr.org.
Crossroads International and the IBCR reserve the right to cancel the Conference in case of COVID-19 epidemic resurgence and/or border closure. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified in writing and will receive a full refund of the registration fee in the same manner as original payment, less a $100 processing fee.
Crossroads International and the IBCR will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant including hotel and travel costs.
